Moscow
Mid-Century Apartment
in the Central Committee House
near Patriarch’s Ponds
6 Spiridonyevsky Lane
Implemented

Description
Patriarch’s Ponds has long been a place of attraction
for both Moscow citizens and visitors to the capital.
The area has its own atmosphere, resonating with
the 1970s. Most of the buildings here date either to the late 19th–early 20th century or to the 1970s.
The apartment is located in the Central Committee Building. Such apartments were allocated to cultural figures and representatives of the theatre community.
The idea of the design project is a modern
interpretation of 1970s style.
