History
In January 2021, a private investor, who is also a restorer and a partner of the bureau, acquired the abandoned building of the children’s almshouse, a cultural heritage site of regional significance, for private redevelopment.

Concept
Despite the fact that the initial project was oriented toward an office function, during a joint visit
of the bureau’s architects and the investor to Ivanovo,
it was decided to change the function within a short period of time.After restoration, the building, originally constructed for the treatment of children, was adapted
for a school and kindergarten.

historic Monier vaults,

The project received a strong response
from the residents of Ivanovo, was awarded
for its contribution to the development
of the city, and was also published
on the Archi.ru portal.
